A brief note on commissions

‘Herb Garden’ Armoire

The commission process can seem daunting but Im here to talk you through how stress free it can be ordering a bespoke decorative piece for your home.

There are numerous ways that we can work together whether its painting a existing cherished piece in need of a refresh or having me source the right piece for your home. I am very fluid when it comes to working with clients on making their vision become reality, but will need some basic information to get the project underway.

Design Inspiration: This can be selected from my portfolio or if you have a vision in mind a great starting point can be a favorite flower or selection of colors. From there we can begin to build an idea of the finished project together.

Piece required: Style, dimensions and usage are all helpful elements when sourcing the right piece.

Adding details to the Contact page is a easy way to get things underway.

Once I have the basic information a quote can be generated accordingly. Moving on to a design call if needed to clarify details and talk over expectations on the finished piece. Currently the turnaround on commissions is 8-12 weeks, depending on the size and scale of the project. All pieces are designed and hand painted from my workshop in Lancashire. Once completed I am happy to arrange courier delivery as part of the commissions process.

The Armoire pictured above is a great example of taking the clients vision and working together to create the bespoke piece required for the garden room. Sourcing the unit to fit the space, using garden herbs as a inspiration point whilst tweaking the palette to fit in with the scheme.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding commissions, so we can start discussing a bespoke piece for your home sometime soon.
