What is your shipping info? 

I only ship to the UK and offer FREE delivery from anything bought in my online shop.

What is your return policy? 

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
I can not offer returns for any personalised items or items on sale.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery.
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation: before item has been dispatched.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How do commissions work? 

I ask for a 50% deposit payment in advance. This is non refundable if your circumstances change. The final payment is due upon completion prior to furniture delivery.

I like to work closely with the client discussing colour palettes, interior aesthetic and design elements required. Part of the process will be to provide a design to fit the brief, before full painting can commence.

All pieces are thoroughly cleaned and sanded prior to painting. Also any minor repairs carried out. The paint used will depend on the finish required. This can be discussed in the initial design brief.

Lead times can vary, but approximately 6 weeks.
Collection and delivery of the furniture is an additional charge. I use a fully insured two man courier service for all collections and delivery’s.
